Customer service is great! I had an issue so emailed but had no replies, but then later got an email out of blue saying they’d found my email in spam. They apologised and made up for it by sending me another box out which was perfectly made! I would highly recommend this company and I will still use in future. Happiness Box made me happy

Wonderful Surprise
